Responsibilities:
- Multi-unit leader responsible for supervising multiple store managers across a district.
- Communicates performance expectations and evaluates team member performance.
- Conducts regular site visits to monitor operations and ensure consistency with company values.
- Supports strategic growth objectives through recruitment, training, and retention of a productive team.
- Promotes corporate expectations for brand, culture, and performance.
- Coaches team members to instill understanding of brand image and standards.
- Visits stores to validate understanding and application of procedures and policies.
- Participates in the resolution of customer and team member complaints.
- Responsible for compliance with company policies and practices.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable job experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years managing a multi-site team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Ability to lead others and implement strategies to accomplish business results.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and proof of insurability.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
