Short Summary:
At Sierra, we’re creating a platform to help businesses build better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices in various global cities.

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process by scoping customer use cases, articulating business value, designing and demoing Sierra’s platform, leading technical and architecture reviews.
- Work directly with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM function and improve Agents through customer-driven product development.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs as a GTM and technical leader in early conversations.

Requirement:
- 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales.
- Experience in demo building, presenting, and working with customers in the GTM function.
- Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems with Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- AI-related experience or experience in a similarly modern and highly technical industry is preferred.
