Short Summary:
Join Siemens Healthineers' CF Assurance Internal Control team to drive innovation in internal controls using Generative AI, enhance methodologies, and empower a global community.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Innovation with Generative AI: Ideate, design, and implement innovative use cases to transform IC processes.
- Shape the Future of Internal Controls Methodology: Design Siemens' Internal Control methodology for IT controls.
- Own and Evolve the IC Framework: Update the RIC Manual and manage the IT Controls part of the ICS methodology.
- Enable and Empower the Global IC Community: Coach ICS professionals and be the primary contact for IT Controls methodology.
- Develop and Deliver Training & Guidance: Create and deliver training materials for global rollout.
- Collaborate with the External Auditor: Ensure compliance and best-practice alignment.
- Keep Management informed: Evaluate control deficiencies and leverage data analytics for insights.
- Contribute Beyond IC: Engage with broader CF Assurance functions and support cross-functional initiatives.
Requirement:
- Degree in business administration, information systems, finance, or related studies.
- Extensive professional experience in Internal Control (including ICFR) with a focus on IT controls.
- Strong interest and ideally hands-on experience in Generative AI.
- Genuine interest in RPA, low-code apps, AI/ML, and their potential benefits in ICFR and ICSR environments.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Very good MS Office skills and comfort with digital tools.
