About the Role
- Regional sales strategy development and execution for Digitalization and Industrial AI solutions
- Opportunity identification and business development within the Oil & Gas, Fiber, Pulp & Paper, and Chemicals sectors
- Pipeline development and management to achieve annual order intake and revenue targets
- End-to-end leadership of complex sales engagements from opportunity discovery through contract award, with a focus on recurring software and services revenue
- Executive stakeholder relationship management and translation of strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes
- Fluent in German
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- More than 5 years of experience in Sales, Solution Sales or equivalent
- Extensive professional experience in industrial sales, business development, or digital transformation sales, with a proven track record in target sectors
- Strong consultative selling capability, focusing on business outcomes and ROI rather than just technology features
- Technical expertise in digitalization, IT/OT integration, and process industry knowledge, including familiarity with IIoT, predictive maintenance, and cloud models
- Excellent executive presence, communication skills, and strategic thinking abilities
