Short Summary:
ShopBack is seeking a Marketing Campaign Associate / Senior Associate to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for ShopBack and its partners, focusing on planning, execution, and analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end campaign planning, strategy, execution, and post-campaign analysis for ShopBack, brand, and merchant campaigns
- Manage partner campaigns, including product launches and integrated brand initiatives
- Coordinate closely with Business Development, local Operations, Regional Operations, Product, Graphic Design, CRM, and other relevant teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including regional PICs and leadership teams
- Identify campaign issues early and resolve them with appropriate stakeholders
- Use campaign data to evaluate performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements
- Support effective campaign messaging and provide copywriting suggestions
- Utilize AI tools for research, analysis, and problem-solving

Requirement:
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in marketing campaign planning and execution
- Experience managing campaigns from planning through launch and analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Hands-on approach with tenacity to work through challenges
- Fluency with AI tools for writing prompts and analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide copywriting recommendations
