Short Summary:
The ShopBack Management Associate Program is a 24-month rotational experience designed to develop future leaders, offering exposure to multiple teams and high-impact challenges. Fresh graduates and early-career talent are invited to join this growth journey, starting at the Singapore HQ before returning to Thailand.

Responsibilities:
- Accelerated growth across 2–3 business functions (e.g. Marketing, Business Development, Operations).
- Dedicated mentorship and leader engagement.
- Ownership of impactful, hands-on initiatives.
- Cross-functional collaboration globally.
- Critical learning in business and leadership with a focus on growth mindset and data fluency.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
- English Proficiency — fluency in spoken and written English.
- Onboarding Commitment — available to be stationed at Singapore HQ for the first 3–6 months.
- Relocation Commitment — required to be based in Thailand for the remainder of the program.
- Travel Commitment — able to travel at least 50% of the time across markets.
