Sezzle is seeking a Data Analyst to drive business outcomes through analytics in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role involves collaborating with various teams to define metrics, build reporting solutions, and deliver actionable analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business teams to understand their priorities and analytics needs
- Create sophisticated analyses and reporting to provide insights at scale
- Visualize and articulate analytics results for stakeholders
- Help stakeholders identify new opportunities through data analysis
- Create, monitor, review, and analyze reports and dashboards
- Utilize modern AI tools to enhance analytical productivity
Requirement:
- Degree in statistics, math, actuarial science, economics, data science, computer science, or related quantitative discipline
- Master’s degree or 3+ years of professional experience with data
- Expert in SQL for data extraction and creation of actionable datasets
- Experience with Python for data processing and analytics
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Redash, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong business judgment
- Fluent in English
