Short Summary:
Seven Starling is seeking a board-certified psychiatrist collaborative physician passionate about access to perinatal mental health care. This role involves working with clinicians to provide high-quality care for patients experiencing perinatal mood disorders.

Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight to and collaborate with nurse practitioners to ensure high standards of care
- Support and assess clinical decision-making
- Conduct regular reviews of patient charts based on state requirements
- Be available for virtual consultations with nurse practitioners
- Collaborate with the clinical and leadership team to refine strategies and workflows
- Commit approximately 1-2 hours per month

Requirement:
- Board Certified Psychiatrist, licensed in Texas required (+ IMLC preferred)
- Current DEA registration
- In-depth knowledge of clinical guidelines and best practices
- Experience with medical evaluation and medication management (SSRIs, SNRIs, etc.)
- Telehealth experience
- Familiarity with evaluation, management, and diagnostic codes
- Experience serving prenatal and postpartum families
- 1 year of collaborative psychiatric clinical experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Microsoft Office Suite
