Short Summary:
Serverfarm is a leading developer and operator of data centers, revolutionizing operations across North America, Western Europe, and Israel. The Senior Data Center Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all MEP plant and distribution infrastructure is operated and maintained safely.
- Monitor power and environmental conditions within critical spaces.
- Perform maintenance tasks utilizing the internal CMMS.
- Assist with planning and scheduling corrective maintenance activities.
- Escort and support outside contractors, ensuring compliance with work rules.
- Respond to site incidents and execute appropriate documentation.
- Support all Change Control policies and procedures.
- Participate in construction and commissioning activities.
- Adhere to all safety laws and requirements.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Support the development of site policies and standards.
- Work with team members to deliver 100% uptime of critical infrastructure.

Requirement:
- Experience working in a Data Center with proven success in a critical technology environment.
- Evidence of self-management and alignment with changing priorities.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Operating and maintaining chilled water-cooling systems, DX cooling systems, backup electrical systems, Building Management systems, and Fire alarm systems.
