Short Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Finance to support strategic initiatives within a large enterprise Finance organization. This role will partner closely with Finance leadership, FP&A, Accounting, Investments, and Private Credit teams to analyze business processes, drive transformation initiatives, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance leadership to support strategic and transformational initiatives.
- Analyze cross-functional business processes across Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Investments, and Private Credit.
- Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and business process workshops.
- Develop business cases, executive presentations, implementation roadmaps, and process documentation.
- Translate business objectives into functional requirements and actionable work plans.
- Coordinate activities across Finance, Investments, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Operations teams.
- Support project planning, dependency management, governance, and executive reporting.
- Identify business risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Support organizational change management and business readiness activities.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Program Management, or Business Transformation experience.
- Experience supporting Finance organizations, FP&A, or enterprise financial initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Private Credit, Investment Operations, Capital Markets, Asset Management, or financial products.
- Experience facilitating executive-level meetings and influencing business decisions.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing business cases, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving business environments.
