Short Summary:
The Executive Business Administrator will support the CEO, requiring discretion, integrity, and professionalism. The role involves anticipating needs, managing tasks, and solving complex problems while demonstrating exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide CEO Administration Support, including travel arrangements and expense management.
- Ensure executive meeting notes are captured and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate high-volume scheduling for meetings and events.
- Manage board meeting planning and logistics.
- Collaborate across departments for consistent scheduling and project management.
- Handle reservations for meeting rooms and equipment for executive events.
Requirement:
- At least 5 years of experience supporting a C-level executive in a high-growth environment.
- Ability to manage sensitive information and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new tools.
- Comfortable in a fully remote work environment.
- Preferred: Experience in a tech/SaaS environment and supporting a CEO.
