Join Scale to shape the future of AI as a Senior AI Product Manager, focusing on coding data products and driving innovation in AI applications.
Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale's Coding portfolio.
- Extend the SWE-Bench Pro and SWE Atlas franchises.
- Facilitate exploration of the Coding domain and drive alignment among stakeholders.
- Define and manage the end-to-end coding product lifecycle.
- Partner with ML researchers and senior software engineers to develop task specifications.
- Drive the roadmap for coding infrastructure and establish governance processes.
- Grow and steward the expert contributor network of professional software engineers.
- Work directly with frontier AI labs and enterprise customers to gather feedback.
- Track adoption, usage, and business outcomes to guide roadmap decisions.
- Identify new coding capability areas to strengthen Scale's leadership.
- Collaborate closely with GTM teams for customer engagements and product launches.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Strong technical depth in software engineering.
- Familiarity with coding model training and evaluation.
- Experience building and scaling products across teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to translate market signals into product strategy.
- Experience with AI researchers, ML teams, or developer tools preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of creating new initiatives.
