Short Summary:
Serve as the key interface between RISE Sales/Engagement teams and ECS technical experts, managing projects autonomously and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout onboarding, release upgrade, and migration phases.
- Lead and manage projects autonomously, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills across all levels of engagement.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
- Ten or more years of experience in managing landscape provisioning, installation, migration, and release upgrades.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Basis and managing Migration projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with skills in de-escalating critical situations.
- Experience with Datacenter migration and working with cross-cultural teams.
- Business-level English proficiency and experience with at least one of the Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
