Short Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned machine learning scientist to join our team at SAP Concur to deliver world-class applied AI solutions to millions of users. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, and has a passion for applied AI systems.

Responsibilities:
- Explore, implement, experiment, and evaluate the most recent LLMs and agentic frameworks in AI for our use cases.
- Push the frontiers of scalable applied AI with real-world data and applications.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams of developers, designers, and business experts to develop solutions with measurable customer impact.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and ongoing improvement of our model deliverables in collaboration with development teams.

Requirement:
- Proven hands-on experience with ML/deep learning frameworks, NLP, LLMs, and agents.
- Strong track record in experimentation and evaluation of ML/AI models, LLMs, and agents.
- Extensive experience with at least one major cloud platform, AWS preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to drive decisions using a data-driven mindset.
