Short Summary:
As part of SAP’s Enterprise Architecture team, you will lead customers through their digital transformation journeys, helping shape their NorthStar Enterprise Architecture and translating architectural visions into tangible outcomes through SAP solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on future-proofing their IT landscapes, simplifying, modernizing, and accelerating innovation.
- Collaboratively develop a capability/application as-is and target the enterprise architecture model based on SAP’s reference industry architecture.
- Drive the Clean Core imperative by reducing complexity, consolidating systems, and streamlining processes.
- Enable organizations to realize the full value of SAP BTP through integration, extensibility, and process optimization.
- Advise and drive AI capability adoption across the customer organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor across business and IT functions, aligning technology decisions with strategic business goals.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., Program Manager, Architect, Customer Engagement, Customer Advisory).
- SAP implementation and transformation experience as a consultant, program director, or internal IT.
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise business transformations through large-scale application delivery.
- Demonstrated S/4HANA technical and/or SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge through active transformation projects.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across IT and business.
- Ability to operate in large and complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
