Short Summary:
As a working student, you will be a creative partner to our consulting team, translating complex content into clean, visual layouts, maintaining our presentation asset library, and contributing to an internal presentation tool project.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer-facing presentations, ensuring visual quality, consistency, and alignment with SAP branding standards.
- Take ownership of our internal presentation library by revamping templates and keeping assets consistently organized and up to date.
- Assist with planning and executing internal tools initiatives, including data collection, strategic analysis, and project communication.
- Provide day-to-day operational support while proactively exploring new technologies and identifying ways to streamline team workflows.
- Act as an internal advisor on brand guidelines and presentation best practices.
- Continuously explore and enhance AI-based tools to improve how we create and manage presentations.
Requirement:
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good working knowledge of AI tools, Microsoft Skills, and Canva.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense for visual design, layout, and presentation aesthetics.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple files, versions, and tasks.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proactive and self-driven, comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Eager to learn and quick to adapt to new tools and technologies.
