Short Summary:
At SAP, we help the world run better. We are looking for a Medical Assistant to support the health and well-being of our employees through various medical examinations and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Confidence navigating in SAP’s corporate health system “Run Healthy”.
- Supporting preventive and medical emergency care of our employees.
- Assist with and carry out various medical examinations and treatments (e.g. ECG, vision and hearing tests, laboratory examinations, blood pressure measurements) in our health centres.
- Project support: Creation of various check-ups and further medical processes, including resource allocation and workplace setup planning.
- Support of various health campaigns at headquarters and subsidiaries.
- Performing administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and documentation in occupational health software.

Requirement:
- Completed training as a medical assistant (f/m/d) or a comparable qualification.
- High service orientation and a strong team spirit.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and set priorities.
- Willingness to engage in continuous education and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills in German and English as well as empathy in dealing with employees as our customers.
- Adequate knowledge of medical terminology and documentation.
