Short Summary:
As a Managing Partner (MP), you will act as the primary leader responsible for building deep, value-driven strategic relationships with one of SAP's most important customers in the Energy and Oil & Gas industry. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the customer's business and transformation priorities, leveraging a strong internal SAP network and partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Drive deep, trusted relationships with customer C-level executives and senior stakeholders.- Define and co-create a strategic roadmap focused on sustainable business outcomes and digital transformation.- Lead the execution of the SAP Strategic Customer Program (SCP) by orchestrating a cross-functional Extended Account Team.- Foster a high-performance culture based on collaboration and continuous improvement.- Establish and facilitate multi-level governance frameworks.- Support the expansion of SAP's footprint by leveraging the full SAP solution portfolio.- Collaborate with the Account Executive and extended VAT team to drive sales execution.- Manage and increase adoption of SAP Cloud services.- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior executives.- Proactively track and anticipate M&A activity and new energy investments.
Requirement:
- Strong background in strategic account leadership and Energy and Oil & Gas industry expertise.- Proven ability to build and sustain executive-level relationships.- Deep expertise in value-based selling and strategic decision-making.- Solid understanding of SAP solutions and their application within the industry.- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business results.- Experience working across complex, multinational organizations.- Fluent in Arabic (strong advantage) and English (required).
