Short Summary:
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Responsibilities:
- Support Onboarding of new employees- Prepare and file HR documentation- Support Internship Contracts- Support Termination process- Support local HR activities- Help to clarify employee’s questions about HR topics- Support internal HR projects

Requirement:
- Current enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field- Expected graduation within approximately 24 months- Advanced professional English- Proactive, results-oriented team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills- Curious, agile, and proactive mindset; resilient in fast-paced environments- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel- Analytical, structured, and process-oriented thinking; strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines and quality- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
