The annual base salary range for this position is $140,462 - $196,350. The targeted combined range for this position is $154,000 - $261,800.

Short Summary:
Seeking a senior-level technical advisor and solution architect specializing in SAP’s Digital Adoption and Learning Services portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver pre-sales strategies for enterprise clients.
- Integrate SAP Business Suite capabilities with advanced digital enablement platforms.
- Craft customized enablement blueprints across complex SAP landscapes.
- Lead client engagements to assess Organizational Change Management (OCM) needs.
- Implement data-driven frameworks to ensure measurable learning impact and accelerated user onboarding.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field and six (6) years of experience, or a Master’s degree with four (4) years of experience.
- Experience must include enterprise enablement using SAP Enable Now, designing and deploying OCM strategies, technical solutioning for SAP Business Suite, and more.
