Short Summary:
At Sanity.io, we’re building the future of AI-powered Content Operations. As a Staff Solutions Engineer, you'll own the full pre-sales journey, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Engagement. This role involves shaping product roadmap and winning major enterprise logos while mentoring other Solutions Engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead complex demos for enterprise prospects and strategic partners
- Own the technical narrative in any room
- Educate customers on Sanity's platform at an advanced level
- Guide customers through RFPs, architecture reviews, and proof of concepts
- Build and maintain showcase implementations and best practice guides
- Share deep engineering expertise and troubleshoot complex issues
- Represent strategic customer requirements to product and engineering

Requirement:
- Previous experience in enterprise solution selling, including Fortune 500 accounts
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript, React, APIs, JSON, Git
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven discovery skills
- Familiarity with CMS and content operations
- A highly solution-oriented mindset
