Short Summary:
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across key accounts, working with both micro and macro influencers to ensure results-driven, trend-setting campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Campaigns: Partner with L'Oréal and internal teams to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies from brief to delivery.
- Manage Influencer Campaigns: Select influencers, oversee content planning and quality, and optimize campaign performance throughout execution.
- Drive Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with booking, data, and client teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and insightful reporting.
- Coordinate Events & Resolve Issues: Support brand events and activations while proactively managing campaign challenges and stakeholder communication.
- Analyze Performance & Improve Processes: Deliver actionable campaign insights, oversee legal and financial compliance, and identify workflow improvements.

Requirement:
- Previous experience in influencer marketing or a related field, managing strategic campaigns, preferably in beauty or fashion industries.
- Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing trends, and analytics (including advanced Excel skills).
- Strategic, creative, and analytical mindset with excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
