Short Summary:
Source, identify, and coordinate content creators across Colombia and Central America through multiple digital platforms, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns in line with client requirements and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Talent Scouting: Identify and continuously source content creators across Colombia and Central America, matching talent to campaign and client requirements.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized databases of content creators using Google Workspace tools.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare monthly campaign reports by consolidating organic performance data, creating clear visualizations, and providing actionable insights on campaign performance.
- Operational Coordination: Support communication with content creators throughout the negotiation and campaign execution process, ensuring timely and smooth delivery.

Requirement:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, digital marketing, social media, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, tables, and chart creation.
- Fluent Spanish and intermediate English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail when managing campaign metrics, links, and creator information.
- Ability to evaluate and curate high-quality content aligned with client and campaign objectives.
- Proactive, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities, anticipate project needs, and work independently.
