Short Summary:
Samsara is looking for a Software Engineer - Salesforce to design and develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, working with various teams to enhance operations and increase sales efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platforms.
- Analyze business processes and system implementation to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics.
- Evaluate existing code, develop plans to reduce technical debt, and establish a technology roadmap.
- Maintain and optimize full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, APIs, and Force.com applications.
- Mentor, develop, and train Junior developers.
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirement:
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience with extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and Force.com tools.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Experience in Agile development methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and proven success in a collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
