Short Summary:
The Principal Platform Engineer owns the core engineering platform at RxSense, responsible for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, developer tooling, and reliability practices. This hands-on role collaborates with various teams to create a platform that is preferred by developers.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and operate the core cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Own the CI/CD platform across engineering teams.
- Build and maintain the observability stack, including logging and metrics.
- Drive infrastructure as code practices and manage Kubernetes clusters.
- Partner with security and compliance for managing access controls.
- Design self-service developer tooling and platform APIs.
- Own incident response tooling and reliability engineering standards.
- Collaborate on infrastructure cost visibility and capacity planning.
- Write documentation and promote best practices in engineering.

Requirement:
- BS (or higher) in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of platform, infrastructure, or site reliability engineering experience.
- Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines and AWS, including Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of building internal developer platforms.
- Hands-on coding fluency in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and observability tooling.
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
