Short Summary:
As an Account Coordinator on the Client Services Team, you will be an essential partner in delivering a seamless advertising experience for Roku's clients. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Client Services, Sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional advertising campaign support
- Manage and master tools such as SFDC/Tarmac, Avails Tool, Roku DMP, Rate Cards, MMP, Tableau, Looker, Asana, Prisma, and other systems critical to campaign execution
- Support campaign planning, execution, and monitoring, including creative asset QA, tag mapping, Deal ID creation, inventory pulls, and measurement setup
- Own day-to-day client campaign deliverables from launch to completion, including creative mapping, screenshots, bi-weekly reporting, and billing coordination
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, flag critical data to Sales and Client Services leads, and provide actionable insights to drive upselling and campaign renewals
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance through weekly pod meetings with Ad Operations and regular reviews of Tableau and programmatic dashboards
- Collaborate with Ad Operations, Billing, Revenue Analysts, Measurement, and other cross-functional teams to troubleshoot campaign planning, trafficking, and invoicing issues
- Create post-campaign wrap reports tailored to client needs and account tiers
- Ensure accurate pipeline management and timely IO processing for seamless campaign launches
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Roku Rate Card, legal terms required for IO acceptance, and the campaign escalation process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients, including billing and revenue analysts, to ensure satisfaction and trust
- Actively participate in team discussions, sharing insights and ideas to enhance project outcomes while building confidence in communication and collaboration skills
Requirement:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience presenting to external clients, such as wrap reports, pacing updates, or billing deliverables
- Comfort managing accounts end-to-end with increasing independence over time
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Comprehensive understanding of the media landscape and digital advertising, with an emphasis on programmatic
