Short Summary:
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management, auditing, and continuous improvement of 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehouse operations in alignment with pharmaceutical and healthcare industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities, process accuracy, and performance of the 3PL logistics provider.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and rapid delivery of customer orders; propose system and workflow optimizations.
- Manage route planning and prioritization for tender and hospital shipments.
- Perform physical checks of finished goods and ensure accurate recording in the SAP system.
- Conduct continuous inventory controls and organize monthly physical stock counts.
- Guarantee compliance with GMP and GDP principles across all operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for shipment and operational issues, providing real-time information flow.
- Prepare and present monthly shipment performance reports to management.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics operations, and 3PL management within regulated industries.
- Operational mastery of GMP/GDP guidelines, cold chain management, and ITS processes.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and WMS programs; strong MS Office and reporting skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
