Short Summary:
As the Manager, Transportation Execution - Global Logistics Americas, you will set the direction and strategy for the Roche Diagnostics Americas Transport Execution team, overseeing logistics professionals responsible for coordinating and scheduling shipments.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of logistics professionals.
- Oversee transportation coordination activities across the Americas supply chain network.
- Collaborate with various teams to manage daily outbound shipment volumes.
- Serve as the escalation point for shipping changes and delivery disruptions.
- Lead regular business reviews with logistics service providers.
- Implement and analyze performance of carrier services.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for transportation network health.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related experience.
- 2-3 years of experience managing and developing teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Experience with 3rd-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
