Short Summary:
Join Roche as a Supply Chain Specialist (Early-in-Career) to gain real-world exposure to complex healthcare supply chain processes in Vilnius.
Responsibilities:
- Master Data Maintenance: Maintain products in legacy systems (e.g., web-shop, SAP).
- Compliance & Environmental Reporting: Collect, structure, and verify data for waste management and environmental compliance reporting.
- Inventory & KPI's Analytics: Participate in warehouse stock counts and analyze critical supply chain performance metrics (e.g., OTIF).
- Order to Cash (O2C): Assist with end-to-end order processing, document archiving, and operational query resolution using SAP and Salesforce systems.
Requirement:
- Recent graduate with a university degree or currently pursuing a master’s/postgraduate degree.
- Enjoys data analysis, identifying process bottlenecks, and resolving operational challenges.
- Highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to work with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce) and advanced data/Excel tools.
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian (oral and written).
