Short Summary:
The Senior Infrastructure Business Operations Manager role focuses on establishing and operating business, financial, and governance mechanisms to support infrastructure decision-making across various environments, including cloud and on-premises. The position requires collaboration with R&D, finance, and procurement to enhance visibility and governance in infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities:
- Support execution, reporting, and improvement of infrastructure forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Translate infrastructure usage and cost data into decision-ready insights.
- Implement and improve attribution and showback methodologies for governance.
- Support compute capacity planning and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships across global stakeholder groups for alignment.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, FinOps, or technology financial management.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of cloud/hybrid infrastructure economics.
- Familiarity with cloud pricing models and financial management tools.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across global teams.
