Short Summary:
This position provides strategic guidance, oversight, and effective delivery for clinical programs in partnership with cross-functional key stakeholders involved in clinical development. The role includes participation in cross-functional project teams for clinical research activities to support Roche Diagnostic China registration of products developed by Roche Group globally.

Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes local studies including clinical evaluation, clinical trials, and/or other studies primarily for non-approved product registration in China.
- Responsible for the implementation and support maintenance of clinical trial-related policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manages trial budgets and timelines, ensuring that budgets and schedules are met.
- Builds effective communication methods to manage project members/teams and support others to perform at their best.
- Maintains strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders.
- Acts as a liaison and/or subject matter expert with multiple groups within Roche Diagnostics divisions.
- Conducts business in full compliance with Roche policies and regulations.

Requirement:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in medical science, preferably in clinical medicine, medical laboratory, biochemistry, pharmacology, bio-engineering, or biology.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in clinical research or clinical development within the pharmaceutical, medical device, IVD, or CRO industries.
- Proficiency in English and good command of MS Office software.
- Understanding of medical device regulations and medical device GCP.
