Short Summary:
As a Recruitment Intern at Roche, you will support the Talent Acquisition Partners in the recruitment process for open roles, gaining hands-on experience in recruiting and HR topics.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing, application screening, requisitions clean up, scheduling and assessment
- Handling of candidate workflow using our e-recruitment system Workday
- Supporting the team with reports and presentations, as well as actively looking for process improvements
- Other activities related to the role and business needs
Requirement:
- Enrolled student in the advanced phase of a Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- First work experience in Human Resources is ideal
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Creative, persistent, driven, and eager to learn
- Ambitious self-starter with a confident and systematic attitude towards complex tasks
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite is a plus
- Previous project experience is a plus
