Short Summary:
As a Program Manager within Roche, you will lead complex, enterprise-wide programs that drive major organizational changes, including infrastructure transformation and strategic initiatives. You will partner closely with Project Leaders and core program teams to define strategy, align execution, manage resources and budgets, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Leaders and core team to define program structure, strategy, and alignment across all subprojects.
- Own integrated project plans for complex initiatives, including dependencies, resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead, motivate, and organize the project team to execute strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with Project Managers across projects to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching, training, and constructive feedback to support team development.
- Act as a strategic partner in program-level communications.
- Drive positive team dynamics and encourage creative ideas.
- Align with Project Managers on resourcing, budgets, and timelines.
- Identify, document, and manage key program risks.
- Establish and measure KPIs, OKRs, and key results.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
- 8+ years of project management experience, with demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs.
