Short Summary:
The Delivery Management Professional (SE5) independently manages the delivery of IT solutions or products, builds stakeholder relationships, and aligns work with broader objectives while supporting team development.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of clearly defined tasks and small to medium-sized projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Assist in outlining and documenting the scope for larger projects, identifying key components and potential issues.
- Contribute to the definition of product roadmaps and service improvement plans.
- Analyze delivery problems to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, delivering tailored communication and facilitating meetings.
- Manage expectations and build trust with product teams and peers.
- Drive process improvements within your immediate scope.
- Apply standard methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or ITIL to manage deliverables.
Requirement:
- Experienced in IT delivery, managing small to medium-sized initiatives within a larger product context.
- ERP Specialist with experience in Enterprise Resource Planning environments.
- Knowledgeable across functional domains such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or Commercial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and propose improvements.
- Strong communicator capable of managing stakeholder expectations.
- Certified Professional with project management training (PMP or SAFe certification).
- Educated Professional with a relevant degree and experience in project/product delivery.
