Short Summary:
The Global Program Manager (GPM) at Roche/Genentech is a core member of molecule/disease area teams, driving drug or disease area development programs to maximize efficiency, portfolio value, and patient benefit.

Responsibilities:
- Be a core member of molecule/disease area teams and drive drug or disease area development programs.
- Provide strategic program management to project teams, framing and assessing options, and identifying inflection points.
- Build and maintain highly functioning project teams by observing team dynamics and encouraging open dialogues.
- Keep teams on track to deliver short-, mid-, and long-term activities to achieve team objectives.
- Lead and contribute to functional or company-wide initiative workstreams.
- Contribute to portfolio management by reporting and maintaining key project information.
- Drive implementation and execution of program strategy and risk mitigation.
- Foster a teaching, coaching, and learning culture within the MPM community.

Requirement:
- Experienced in using different Project Management, Change Management, Business Management tools.
- Solid drug development and potentially commercial experience.
- Results-oriented in an ambiguous environment, ensuring clarity of objectives.
- Effective communicator who shares information transparently and strategically.
- Demonstrated ability to translate project plans and strategy into action.
