Short Summary:
As a Partner Customer Care (Field Service Engineer), you will provide technical support and services, ensuring customer success through hands-on work with groundbreaking instruments and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Support pre- and post-sales processes with technical expertise.
- Drive on-site installations and handle urgent repair projects.
- Advise customers on the best use and maintenance of instruments/equipment.
- Implement instruments/equipment at customer sites and provide training.
- Provide on-site and remote phone support for troubleshooting and servicing.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is in top condition.
- Decontaminate, pack, and return instruments/parts according to procedures.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in engineering in Bio Medical & Electronics from a recognized university in Pakistan.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with instruments in Research and/or Clinical or Hospital labs.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to travel and work irregular hours when needed.
- Fluent in English & Urdu.
