Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for a variety of medical equipment.
- Responsible for preventative, corrective, modification, installation, and out-of-hours support for specified products ranging from large to medium-sized equipment.
- Report to a Regional Technical Manager.
Requirement:
- Engineering or electrical qualification.
- Previous field service experience with high-value capital equipment.
- Ability to build productive customer relationships in a complex environment.
- Strong foundation in troubleshooting at the component level and systems-level expertise.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK on occasion.
