Short Summary:
As a Country Chief Accountant, you will be accountable for the financial statements prepared for the affiliate, coordinating with various finance teams and executing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing financial accuracy and internal controls, including ICFR documentation and tools management.
- Conducting balance sheet reconciliation and ensuring timely financial statement reporting.
- Managing accounting aspects such as IFRS 16 Leasing and manual journal entries.
- Supervising Accounts Receivables and handling cash flow management.
- Managing master data related to Chart of Accounts, Cost Center, and vendor/customer master data.
- Overseeing statutory tax calculations and managing external financial audits.
- Serving as the central contact for RSS Budapest Finance teams and addressing financial issues.

Requirement:
- University education in Finance/Accounting; ACCA or other qualifications are an advantage.
- 8 years of experience in a related field, with at least 5 years in an accountant/audit role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, audit, and taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software, preferably SAP and MS Office.
- Effective leadership abilities and strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
