Responsibilities:
- Operates within well-defined, routine tasks under close supervision, focusing on continuous learning and adherence to established business analysis principles.
- Supports senior Business Analysts in analyzing business problems, contributing to problem definition, and identifying potential root causes.
- Elicits and clarifies stakeholder needs, analyzes and maps requirements, and assists in identifying and presenting basic solutions.
- Identifies primary team members and internal stakeholders, interacting closely with agile team members on IT solutions.
- Focuses on participation, observation, and learning to understand foundational objectives and their relevance.
- Works typically on a single solution level, supporting the analysis and documentation of requirements for specific features or functionalities.

Requirement:
- Entry-level experience with a focus on assisting with requirement gathering and performing routine data analysis under guidance.
- Basic understanding and application of tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.
- Strong collaborative skills and readiness to seek clarification from team members.
