Short Summary:
At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information. We are seeking an innovative Engineering Manager to lead a team in creating solutions for corporate treasury and the infrastructure that powers the Internet of Value.

Responsibilities:
- Lead diverse technology projects and a team of developers.
- Stay updated on tech trends and mentor engineering community members.
- Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
- Make decisions on design, architecture, and delivery of systems.
- Build teams and coach members for career growth.
- Drive agile development and improve team operations and methodologies.
- Engage in concept discussions and influence technology solutions.
- Ensure work meets quality and operational standards.
- Participate in the team’s YBIYRI model (you-build-it-you-run-it).

Requirement:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Deep software engineering experience in complex distributed systems.
- Strong technical competence, particularly in Microsoft languages/frameworks (C#/.NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework).
- Expertise with Azure (Function Apps, Service Bus, etc.) is a bonus.
