Short Summary:
Replit is seeking a Strategic Finance professional to support high-impact strategic and operational initiatives, partnering with executive leadership to align financial strategies with growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to internal strategic and operational initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to build financial models.
- Build and present financial models for new product launches.
- Analyze pricing and packaging strategies.
- Recommend strategies for growth investments and operational efficiency.
- Analyze global expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate on forecasting and financial planning.
- Assist in preparing quarterly board materials.
- Support corporate development initiatives and investor relations activities.

Requirement:
- 3-6 years in investment banking, private equity, consulting, business operations, and/or strategic finance.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Expert-level financial modeling skills.
- Strong presence and communication skills.
