Short Summary:
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Security professional to oversee and manage the physical security operations for Reddit's office locations across the EMEA region, focusing on Amsterdam, Berlin, Dublin, and London. The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust physical security program to safeguard employees and assets.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement a regional physical security program for Reddit's EMEA offices.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Establish and manage security systems and technologies across EMEA locations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement crisis management and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with the Global Physical Security team for executive protection initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day security operations of company offices in key cities.
- Work with global teams to support travel security policies.
- Manage relationships with security vendors and contractors.
- Assist in the development and management of the physical security budget.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate physical security.
- Proven experience managing physical security operations across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies and systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the EMEA region as required.
- Certifications such as CPP, PSP, or similar are highly desirable.
