Short Summary:
Real Chemistry is looking for a Client Finance Manager to join our growing team! This mid-level role is suitable for someone with at least three years of financial working experience, providing support to the Associate Finance Director.

Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain client projects ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation
- Work closely with project owners and junior client finance analysts
- Review statements of work for compliance with rate cards
- Maintain and update client rate cards
- Review and approve new projects in NetSuite and OpenAir systems
- Address queries from the account team in a timely manner
- Ensure financial deadlines are met
- Support the Associate Finance Director on revenue tracker updates
- Conduct training with the account team
- Cover finance calls and revenue tracker updates as needed
- Perform various monthly and weekly reporting

Requirement:
- At least three years of financial working experience
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
