Short Summary:
Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. The Product Marketing Manager will lead the work from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to shape the product and build the commercialization and adoption motion.

Responsibilities:
- Shape product strategy early by bringing customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions.
- Define the ICP, buyer, user, jobs to be done, workflow, alternatives, and reasons customers will switch or expand.
- Build the canonical positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story.
- Determine how the product should enter the market, including audience, channel, pricing, and packaging inputs.
- Lead launches end to end, coordinating across various teams.
- Create programs that turn interest into qualified pipeline, activation, retained usage, expansion, and revenue.
- Develop direct relationships with buyers and users, capturing objections and product gaps.
- Define leading and lagging indicators, build a clear operating read, and recommend the next intervention.
- Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and a current view of the market.
- Apply AI to research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and workflows.
- Build a repeatable method for taking an emerging product from customer signal to product-market clarity, launch, commercialization, and scaled growth.

Requirement:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, or business line.
- Strong customer instincts and technical fluency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data literacy and proven ability to lead senior partners.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity.
- Fluency with AI tools in research and analysis.
