Short Summary:
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies. We are hiring a Lead Product Marketing Manager, Verticals to own Ramp's vertical GTM operating model, focusing on Construction / A&E and Nonprofits / Public Sector.
Responsibilities:
- Set the vertical portfolio strategy.
- Build business cases, opportunity sizing, segmentation, and priority order for Ramp investments.
- Own the vertical business number and define scorecards for each priority vertical.
- Become the market expert on financial workflows and competitive landscape.
- Influence the product roadmap with clear product requirements.
- Build industry-specific, cross-product narratives.
- Own GTM strategy end to end, including ICP, audience, positioning, and launch plans.
- Lead market-facing programs and represent Ramp in the industry.
- Develop workflow-based pitch narratives and sales plays.
- Run the operating cadence across departments.
- Build customer and partner feedback loops.
- Create the verticalization playbook for measurable growth.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B software marketing or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience building GTM strategy for specific industries.
- Deep familiarity with Construction or A&E software, accounting workflows, or financial operations.
- Proven ability to influence product strategy and own integrated B2B campaigns.
- Strong data literacy and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to lead senior partners across various departments.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity.
- Fluency with AI tools for research and analysis.
