Qvidian Proposal Automation Specialist | Remote (Europe) – Lisbon

About the Opportunity We are looking for a Qvidian Proposal Automation Specialist to join a project for one of our partner clients, supporting the optimization and administration of their proposal management ecosystem. This is a remote opportunity (Europe), with the team based out of Lisbon.

Project & Context Our client relies on Qvidian Proposal Automation to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial proposals, RFP responses, and bid processes. The resource will work closely with proposal management and bid teams to configure, maintain, and improve the platform, ensuring content, workflows, and automation rules support an efficient and compliant proposal process.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience developing solutions on Qvidian Proposal Automation
• Good knowledge of Proposal Management, including:
  • RFP response management
  • Proposal lifecycle management
  • Bid management
• Technical proficiency in Qvidian, including:
  • Workspace administration
  • Content management
  • Workflow configuration (including assignment workflows)
  • AutoFill configuration

Nice to Have

• Experience with Statement of Work (SOW) management
• Familiarity with security questionnaires and DDQs
• Exposure to proposal approval workflows and governance
• Experience with AI-assisted proposal generation
