Quince is seeking a Director of White Glove Logistics & Transportation to design and scale the logistics network for delivering complex products directly to customers' homes, focusing on transportation and fulfillment strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Own the long-term logistics strategy for the White Glove business across North America.
- Design an optimized network balancing delivery speed, customer experience, and cost.
- Determine optimal warehouse footprint and inventory positioning strategy.
- Develop multi-year network expansion plans.
- Own transportation strategy across the supply chain.
- Source and onboard warehouse partners and delivery providers.
- Establish inventory placement strategy and define warehouse operating standards.
- Drive improvement across logistics partners and create standardized scorecards.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, fulfillment, or supply chain leadership.
- 5+ years managing large third-party logistics providers.
- Experience designing multi-node distribution networks.
- Strong transportation sourcing and contract negotiation experience.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
