Short Summary:
Qualia is seeking pioneering and collaborative engineers to build the next generation of intelligent products. As a Quality Engineer, you will focus on building quality into the engineering process, driving large-scale projects in the fast-changing domain of artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:
- Build and scale test automation, quality infrastructure, and performance testing systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of core automation frameworks, including migration from Cypress to Playwright.
- Perform root cause analysis on product defects and test failures.
- Tackle challenging quality problems, driving projects from ideation to deployment.
- Maintain flexibility in responsibilities based on company needs and personal skills.

Requirement:
- 3-5+ years of experience in building and maintaining test automation for complex software systems.
- Excellent programming ability in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale quality initiatives.
- Experience in triaging and debugging test failures independently.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into the quality workflow.
- Significant experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership.
