- Define and Drive Benchmarking Strategy: Establish performance benchmarking requirements and metrics for FlashArray products.
- Team Execution and Mentorship: Provide technical direction and leadership to engineers, ensuring high-quality performance results.
- Validate Critical Customer Scenarios: Collaborate with teams to develop performance validation strategies for customer use cases.
- Optimize System Performance: Analyze performance bottlenecks in the Linux storage and networking stack to enhance throughput and latency.

Requirement:
- Deep System-Level Performance Expertise: Experience in system-level performance testing for enterprise-grade solutions.
- Strong Linux Systems Mastery: Proficiency with Linux systems and performance tuning.
