Short Summary:
Pulumi is seeking a Senior or Principal Product Manager to enhance the Pulumi Cloud platform, focusing on agent-ready and human-friendly experiences. This role involves defining the roadmap for platform services, managing the trust boundary, and shaping the ecosystem for reusable infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for Pulumi Cloud's platform services.
- Define what agent-ready means for a control plane.
- Drive the ESC roadmap for configuration and secrets flow.
- Own the trust boundary, including permissions models and audit.
- Shape the Registry and Components ecosystem.
- Treat the API as a first-class product.
- Balance enterprise customer needs with individual developer experiences.
- Instrument what you ship and define relevant metrics.
- Drive end-to-end delivery from idea to GA to adoption.
Requirement:
- 7+ years in product management, engineering, or technical program management.
- Strong taste in API and platform design.
- Comfort in security and identity domains.
- Strong technical instincts and ability to engage with senior engineers.
- Proven ability to ship high-quality products in complex environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a product-led growth environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
